When you register and use WaSetu, we collect:

• Account Credentials: Full name, email address, company name, and encrypted authentication credentials.
• Gateway & WhatsApp Metadata: Paired instance phone numbers, session connectivity status, and message transmission logs (timestamps, recipient status, delivery confirmations).
• Billing Details: Transaction IDs, payment reference numbers (UPI UTR / Cashfree order IDs), and plan records. We do not store full credit/debit card numbers on our servers.

2 How We Use Your Data

Your information is exclusively used to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain high-speed WhatsApp socket message relays.
• Verify account credentials, send OTP verification alerts, and enforce security policies.
• Generate accurate usage quotas, billing invoices, and audit log records.
• Prevent fraudulent activities, DDoS disruptions, or abusive spam.

3 Message Privacy & End-to-End Encryption

WhatsApp communications transmitted through your paired socket instances use WhatsApp's native end-to-end encryption protocols. We do not sell, rent, or trade your contacts, message bodies, or customer communications to any third-party marketing companies.

4 Data Security & Retention

All API keys, passkeys, passwords, and sensitive session tokens are securely hashed using modern cryptographic standards (bcrypt and AES-256). All communications with our web platform and REST API endpoints are protected using TLS/SSL encryption.

5 Data Rights & Account Deletion

You have full authority to export your contact lists, disconnect WhatsApp number instances at any time, or request complete account erasure by contacting our support team at +91 96259 01463.
